Founded in 2023 by Charlotte and Michel, itsé is an architectural practice based in Switzerland. Led by curiosity and with a taste for craftsmanship, we aim to think beyond the boundaries of standardization, proposing simple design solutions at every scale.

Michel was born in Geneva in 1990. He studied at the EPFL and at the ETH where he graduated under prof. Christian Kerez in 2015. He worked one year in Amsterdam for Claus en Kaan and over eight years in Zürich for MAK-arch and OP-arch (2017-2023) where he was in charge of design for a housing project in Zürich > Hunzikerei
Charlotte PrinsArchitect MSc EPF SIA

Charlotte was born in Geneva in 1991. After studying fashion in London for a few years, she moved to Lausanne to study architecture at the EPFL where she graduated in 2018 under prof. Cogato-Lanza and prof. Braghieri. She worked in London for Studio 54 Architecture and Sam Jacob Studios, in Berlin for Sigurd Larsen Design and five years in Geneva for Lacroix Chessex Architectes and BM Architectes.
